A Functional Home Living Assessment or “FHLA” comprehensive evaluation of an individual and their home, where functional independence, accessibility, and safety is assessed. The FHLA determines the level of care required for basic and instrumental activities of daily living (ADL), along with realistic recommendations for home modifications and appropriate equipment.
